Fly Me to You is a travel engagement: I come to you, your team, or your event. Sometimes that's a private strategy day on your home course. Sometimes it's a leadership offsite, a workshop, or a keynote. The format flexes to fit the room. The work doesn't: honest conversation, a clear-eyed look at what's actually happening, and a more workable way forward than the one you had when I landed.

Before: a discovery conversation. We talk through who's in the room, what's actually going on, and what a good outcome looks like. If I'm not the right fit for the day you're planning, I'll tell you.
The design: built for your room. No off-the-shelf deck. The session is constructed around your team, your moment, and your venue, golf-based or conversation-based as the situation calls for.
On site: I deliver it. A half day, a full day, or a session inside a larger event. You set the container. I bring the work.
After: direction, not a binder. A short written follow-up with what surfaced and what to do next. Enough to act on, light enough to actually get read.
