Before the session: a 30-minute intake call. You bring the decision, transition, or problem you're working through. I come prepared, not cold. By the time we meet, we both know what we're working on.
The session: 2.5 hours of focused strategy work. On the course, every hole becomes a working frame: target selection, risk tolerance, tempo, recovery after a bad shot. Each decision connects back to how you're leading right now. Over Zoom, same structure, same depth, no club required.
After the session: a written 30-day action plan. Not a transcript or a feel-good summary. The two or three commitments that came out of our work, what you're going to do differently, and how you'll know it's working.
