What’s Included:

  • The rhythm: three sessions a month. Two 60-minute Zoom strategy sessions and one 90-minute on-course session in Wake Forest. The Zoom sessions keep the work moving week to week. The course session is where we step back and look at the whole board.

  • Not local? The course comes quarterly. Remote clients consolidate their monthly on-course sessions into one in-person day each quarter, in Wake Forest or at your home course. Two Zoom sessions a month keep the work moving. The quarterly day is when we reset the strategy face-to-face.

  • Between sessions: direct access. Unlimited text and voice support, with priority scheduling when something can't wait. Most of leadership doesn't happen on a calendar. When the hard conversation lands on a Tuesday, you don't sit with it until our next session.

  • Every quarter: a written Executive Roadmap. Where you started, what's changed, and what the next 90 days are for. For remote clients, the roadmap is delivered during your in-person day, on the course, not as a PDF.

  • Once a year: bring a colleague. One session annually where you bring a member of your team onto the course. Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is watch how you two make decisions together.
